Great house for family gathering

Great house in a great location. Beautiful ocean views, well stocked and comfortable beds! Pool was used a lot also!! Would definitely return with my family!! Make memories here❤️

Heaven

So close to the beach! You can see and hear the waves from the deck. Relaxing time of day with a coffee or drink. Central location to see the sights north or take the ferry further south. Will definitely be back!

Great house for family time!

We loved the location of Mas Tequila ! The beach access is across the street. Very convenient! The kitchen was well stocked- with a very large table for our family to enjoy meals together. There were many getaway places in the house to get some quiet time after a full day! Our family loved the pool- it’s a good size and great for playing games. The house has a good layout and good for a crowd. The house is showing some age, but was very clean- that says it all! We hope to return!

Lovely home!

The house was lovely! Big and spacious. Location perfect, close to the beach and vistas abounded. The 4 star instead of 5 is simply because there needs to be some pool surface repair. Uneven concrete caused a trip and an all to close call of a toddler falling into the pool. ( yes we were there and she was in a life vest, but scary none the less).

Great family home

Perfect for big families! The pool, game room, outdoor showers and location to the beach were amazing! The view from the top floor will take your breath away! We loved our time at Mas Tequila and will book again! Just a few things I would suggest. Bring extra bath towels, sharp kitchen knives and your own spices. For some reason I thought the kitchen had a spice rack. All together it was pretty perfect!!

We have stayed here for a couple years now and it seems that since Vacasa has taken over and you have a problem they could care less. I turned in several things over the course of our stay and nothing was ever taken care of except when they brought us towels because there wasn’t enough for all of us, then they brought us lots of hand towels and 2 bath towels

No air conditioning for 3 nights

House was nice but no air conditioning for 3 nights was ridiculous. Called every day and they said they would send someone out, but not until the 4th night was it fixed. Not good when you have 1 person in our group with skin conditions and 1 person that has to wear a CPAP.

- [ ] Air vents dirty- [ ] Bunk bed latter is loose. Kid could have gotten hurt - [ ] All floors were dirty and felt like sand on them- [ ] TVs in bedrooms not working properly. - [ ] Patio window facing street was not cleaned- [ ] Ice maker and water dispenser on the refrigerator in the kitchen was not working. - [ ] Coffee pots were dusty and not wiped off- [ ] Coffee cups were bad. Looked like someone used a pencil on the inside of them. - [ ] Pots/pans a lot of them were old and some were not cleaned properly or not at all. - [ ] Some of The plastic ware needs to be thrown out. - [ ] Sofas are old and very difficult to get out of. - [ ] Shower head on 3rd floor bedroom needs to be changed. Very old. - [ ] Toilet downstairs was not cleaned urine on the back of the seat. - [ ] Ceiling fans was not clean. - [ ] There was mouse feces in a twin bunkbed- [ ] Bugs were found on the first floor. - [ ] Light in 3rd floor bedroom toilet room is constantly blinking. - [ ] Security lock was jammed or something like that. Maintenance had to give us a key versus code entry. - [ ] All Trash cans were filthy

Great house!

Close walking distance to 2 beach entrances, great pool and big bedrooms with bathrooms. We have stayed here 3 times and it's a perfect house for a lot of people. The elevator is a convenient thing to have for arrival and departure packing and unpacking! Love it!

Meh!

Location was great and we liked the house! Unfortunately, house was not cleaned well before we entered. Sand and dust bunnies all over the floor that I swept up. Dust on the bannister that had been there for months. The topper however was dog crap in the elevator! Told Vacasa right away via text with only ever a text reply! No callback despite my asking several times! Not very pleased with the service!

Mas Tequila first week in July

Vacation Relaxation

We love the ocean. Mas Tequila was fabulous. Comfortable, roomy, well supplied with cooking utensils, cozy, loved the views, closeness to shopping, wonderful having an elevator. Our dog adjusted quickly and well. Second time renting. Would recommend for large family or a couple of families. Plenty of room for everyone.

Everything was as said on website with the exception of the mattress in the top floor master bedroom must of had a very large human sleeping on it because it sank down so much you couldn't even roll over sleeping on that side the bed. Also the railing on the deck on top deck someone needs to check....someone is gonna get hurt really bad it's very loose

Very nice house

This house was very clean upon arrival, laid out well for entertaining, the kitchen was fully stocked ~ honestly had everything you could possibly need to entertain! Loved the location, bedroom sizes were large probably the largest of any house we’ve rented ( and we’ve been renting in Avon for 15 years)! Definitely would recommend!

We incurred a A/C prior to our arrival. They were clear of all actions to mitigate problem and at our arrival there was none. Repair was complete. The cottage/house was very clean. Thank you for starting our long awaited vacation great and it was nice knowing such a class company head our back. Thank you again!!
