"This property was amazing! The views are out of this world, and the binoculars were an extra fun touch! The entire back half of the house is glass, so you can see for miles. There was so much there to accommodate the guests. Just bring your food, and you are all set! Would definitely recommend the property!"

"Very clean with some maintenance issues. The dryer did not work, sliding door locks did not work on any of the doors. Piece of ceiling was falling in one of the bedrooms. The worst part was the dryer did not work though. Overall a nice house."

"The house was exactly as shown in the pictures, the rooms were spacious and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. There were plenty of puzzles, games for kids. The roof top deck was our favorite deck at night for the sunsets. We saw a momma deer with her babies, frogs, ducks, and lots of turtles, the wild life was a plus. "On our way down, the owner contacted us to tell us that the previous guest had broken the stove. They asked if it was ok to come replace it and they compensated us with lunch for interrupting our visit, which was not necessary, but grateful for the awesome pizza! They are extremely friendly and it was a great location. The kids loved all of the different rooms and especially the loft and balconies. If ever in the Outer Banks again, we will definitely reach out to them."

"The location and layout of house was wonderful. The bedrooms were as listed and beds were comfortable. The pool was clean and great to use. Access to the beach was wonderful and so close! The online exterior pictures need to be updated. Our main complaint is that two of the stove burners did not work and I contacted the management three times to ask for a repair and also saw that in a previous review 2022 this was an issue as well. This was not fixed during our stay."

"So fun! This house has the best location!!! The beach is literally in your backyard and yet two blocks in the other directions is a grocery store, restaurants, and shopping. The house was super clean and we could just enjoy right away. It could use some sprucing up but that seems trivial when you look at all it has to offer. I also loved that the managing company left incidentals so we didn’t need to spend extra money on those items. Just thinking of this house I hear the ocean waves calling!"

"It was perfect. Just a dune-line between us and the ocean, and if we didn't want to go that far, we could watch the breakers from the balcony. Being next-to-last on the cul de sac helped make it very quiet and private. "The property is amazing and we definitely enjoyed our stay. We will be using you again for stays. Only issue with this property is that it is at the top of the stairs the very tiptop so if you have a lot to pack up and a lot to take down it is quite the trip. Enjoyed our stay immensely!"
