“Our main problem was noise from 2 different barking dogs. We approached management (they can only be messaged, no one is actually there to help). They essentially were rude, told us repeatedly that they are "pet friendly" (meaning they didn't feel like assisting us to have a nice vacation). I reminded them of their legal duties to maintain a peaceful property. They actually decided to tell me they were fine with me HAVING TO CALL THE POLICE about a barking dog....you get the idea...they also……

“Property was suffering beach erosion after the winter and early storms on the Oceanside. But spectacular view from room and deck on the Oceanside. We should have asked them for a regular coffee pot.
Very disappointed that the hot tub was not even warm. We went for beach horseback ride and for 62 yo we sure could have used it. Mgmt tried to get propane for hot tub . But just couldn’t. ”
