“The actual 2 bedroom apartment was fabulous, the location of the property was safe and close to many restaurants…. What I didn’t like and actually it may not even be anything Sonder can do about it, but the trash dumpster was filled to the max and garbage bags on the ground was too close to the stairwell that leads to the Sonder apartments and it smelled real bad in 100 degree temperature…. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay.”

Beautiful kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms with all the amenities, and even the laundry soap with the washer / dryer! Great grocery store nearby and lots of great dining options. We wanted to move in and stay forever :) highly recommend the Brandywine!!!”

Streetcar line steps from the door making getting around very easy. We do not use much of the on site amenities but location is awesome. Many other excellent restaurants nearby or a streetcar ride away. ”

The property, building, and most importantly the room was very clean and appears to be well maintained. “Super nice apartment. Beds were comfy. The high ceilings were beautiful. Only issue was the keypad didn't work when we got there and had to call to get the code reset. Also they only provided 4 towels so when we requested more it took a few hours for them to be delivered. The street is a little loud but we expected that due to it being Mardi Gras weekend. The location is great. Would most definitely stay again!”

“Great location and reasonable price, although there is no front desk people, the online chat is nice and efficient. The only problem is no place to store luggage temporarily. The check out time is 10AM, if you have a late afternoon flight, that will be very troublesome. Since there is lots of space in the first floor, I suggest them to place some coin lockers for the guests. Overall, it is a nice place and I will consider to stay there again.”
