Welcome to Alma Cottage, a wonderful 200 year old two-bedroom holiday home just on the edge of the market town of Axminster and a short drive from the beaches along the Jurassic coast. On the ground floor you will find the cosy living room with a comfy sofa and Smart TV; the kitchen area has everything you need during your stay should you want to whip up a feast for the family, and the dining area is perfect for a meal at any time of the day or playing games with the family! The bathroom can also be found on the ground floor and has a bath with shower over. Upstairs has the master bedroom with double bed and Smart TV while the second bedroom has two single beds sleeping two people.

Outside, the gravelled area has a table and chairs and parasol, perfect for an al fresco meal or a sundowner after a busy day, with a bench to the front to soak up the views towards the Blackdown hills. All the rooms enjoy views over the rolling hills beyond with stunning sunsets, best enjoyed with a glass of your favourite tipple from the garden! You can easily leave the car parked up while here.

Just a short walk takes you to the heart of the market town of Axminster with a variety of shops and local restaurants to enjoy, the local train station is on the main London to Exeter line, allowing you to sample the city lights of Exeter within a short train ride! Hop on the bus and head to the beach, with Lyme Regis, Seaton, Beer and Charmouth being a quick bus ride away you can have all the fun at the seaside with no stressful parking! Axe Valley Wildlife Park is a fun day out with the kids as is the Seaton Tramway and Pecorama in Beer or River Cottage. While here why not visit the donkey sanctuary or spend some time wandering the gardens at Bicton Park. There is plenty on offer to make your holiday a truly wonderful experience.
