Beautiful, new and big apartment with pool

The apartment is situated in a secured and calm area. The apartment was very clean, with new interior and good equipment to spend the holidays . The pool and the area was good maintained. We reached the nice beaches of Spain and Portugal by car in 15-30 min. The near golf course and driving range was a good change to our beach holidays. We can recommend this apartment to everyone, especially for families with children. A big thanks also to the kind crew!

Muy buenas vacaciones en la costa de la luz

Apartamento muy bien ubicado en la frontera con portugal. Excelente para visitar Algarve y litoral onubense. Urbanización muy tranquila con instalaciones muy cuidadas. Apartamento bien equipado,no dispone de aire acondicionado pero por su situación y aislamiento,aun siendo días calurosos no lo hemos echado de menos. Sergio es un anfitrión amable y atento.

Estupendo!

Muy recomendable!, la casa es amplia y cómoda. Comimos y cenamos varias veces en el porche del jardín , que además tiene acceso a la piscina. Sergio nos envió un montón de recomendaciones y planes que nos vinieron muy bien. Gracias!!!

Estupendas vacaciones. El sitio es tranquilo, una urbanización alejada del centro, a 1 minuto de Portugal. Con muchas playas increíbles alrededor. El apartamento está muy bien equipado, no falta detalle. La piscina muy tranquila. Ideal para ir con niños.

Nuestra estancia fue perfecta,desde el apartamento que es tal y como muestran las fotos,quizás mejor,hasta las indicaciones del propietario que nos orientó a la perfección sobre lugares de interés,donde comer... El apartamento estaba muy limpio y la persona encargada de la entrega de llaves es encantadora. Mis vacaciones en Ayamonte han sido de 10 y sin dudar lo recomendaría a cualquiera.

Estancia perfecta

La casa está muy bien preparada para recibir el viajero, dotada de todo, limpia, urbanización agradable, bello jardin, con aire acondicionado, puedes desfrutar de playas tanto en Huelva como en Algarve, y las indicaciones del propietario de sitios para comer son buenísimas, persona simpática y preocupada con el bien estar de los visitantes.

Jamais passés de vacances aussi horribles

C'est la 8ème année que nous louons un appartement en Espagne, nous sommes habitués à ce genre de logement.Jamais nous n'avons eu de problèmes.Le complexe est immense et entouré de grillage: un ghetto, isolé dans la campagne.Dans ce complexe,il y a une dizaine de 'quartiers" chaque quartier est d'environ 8 immeubles qui entoure 1 piscine pour 40 appart environ.Chaque logement a une place de parking numéroté.L'entrée du complexe se fait avec un bip,et il y a un bureau pour le surveillant.Il est jamais là.Donc,les gens bloquent le portail électrique pour faire rentrer les véhicules de leurs amis qui se gare donc sur les places des locataires.Si vous aimez vous faire insulter car vous voulez juste récupérer votre place,c'est l'idéal!Un couple d'anglais a été pris à parti pour cela et est parti plus tôt.Pareil pour la piscine,très petite pour le nombre de locataires,elle accueille également les amis des amis.Et les familles des quartiers autour.Si vous aimez nager,ni comptez pas!Elle sert également de garderie pour les enfants,les parents les laissent seul et libre de faire ce qu'ils veulent:hurler, se jeter sur les nageurs,insulter les locataires etc.Le golf,incroyable sert de toilette géante aux gros chiens des locataires et propriétaires.Ecoeurant lorsque vous voulez profiter de la vue depuis le bar du golf.Le bruit est omniprésent du matin jusqu'au petit matin.Des cris, des hurlement d'enfants et d'adultes.Aucun répit même pendant la sieste.Des auxiliaires se baladent sur le complexe mais a part draguer,rigoler, ils ne font rien!Nous sommes restés 6 jours au lieu des 14 jours prévus.Nous avons même dormi à l’hôtel 1 nuit pdt les 6 jours pour récupérer un peu de sommeil.Le logement lui,est propre et fonctionnel.Invasion de fourmis dès notre arrivée, à l'extérieur comme à l'intérieur,il a fallu que nous trouvions nous même une solution à nos frais.Le concierge Miguel (bien gentil) qui soit disant parle toute les langues a en fait une application multilingue sur son téléphone mais la connexion passe mal car nous sommes à la frontière Portugaise.Difficile de se comprendre.Il a malheureusement peu de pouvoir fasse à autant de marques d'irrespect.Le propriétaire est de mauvaise foi et a refusé d'admettre nos constatations.On ne part pas en vacances pour avoir des problèmes mais pour se détendre.Autant de route 3600kms pour autant de désagrément.Réfléchissez avant de signer.

MUY BUENO

La vivienda era muy agradable. Nueva, bonita y bien acondicionada. La zona, residencial, es tranquila, bien cuidada y vigilada. La única pega es que el coche es necesario para absolutamente todo. Por lo demás, excelente. El propietario, un hombre encantador. Nos atendió muy bien y estuvo siempre dispuesto a atender nuestras demandas. Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia allí.
