"We stayed few days with a baby and I found it very comfortable, all renewed and well located. The service was also good. When it comes to areas to improve, I would have appreciated the room cleaning service each day and not only once in the middle of the stay and air conditioning in the room (not only in the living room since it was quite warm). "En general correcto, ya que los muebles de cocina esta no estan muy en condiciones. Tuve un problema de cucarachas, concretamente dos que me hicieron tirar todo aquello que tenia abierto. Les avise y le echaron un produ to y unas pipetas pero al dia siguie te vol ian a estar ahí. Eso sí tanto la ubi acion como las camas era perfecto"

"Brian's house is perfect. It's very clean, very well decorated and has all the comforts. Dining on the large terrace watching the sunset has been wondeful. The apartment is in a very quiet and well-kept urbanization. We have spent 10 great days. The communication with the owner was very fast and fluid at all times."

"Rental of this property in the winter season has some issues but overall, it met our needs. After a very long drive, we arrived at 4 am. We were unable to check in until later in the morning. Once we checked in at the hotel next door, getting into the apartment was a challenge. You need to access through a side gate, find the elevator in the dark, maneuver around obstacles in the dark before getting to the apartment. The front access / lobby is closed this time of year and all the furniture...

En el salón no hay persiana, ni un simple visillo, ni toldo, ni una simple sombrilla, la parte del patio no está cerrada y pasa toda la urbanización cuando estas comiendo o cenando, las sillas de la terraza son de bar incomodísimas, y si las da el sol queman. "We had a very warm welcome and the Appartement was in good condition. Parking was in a garage and big enough for our Van. We spent three great days there. Also the kitchen was well equipped with everything that we needed. Thanks to the Solmares team"

"We enjoyed our 5 night stay over the new year holiday. The accommodations were as described and very comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied for home cooking. The house had not been occupied for some time before our arrival and was cold, but the mini split devices in each room were effective for heating. Working with the owner and the house manager, Emma, was very convenient and clear. If we returned to the area, we would consider staying at the property again. "

"Super property with excellent value for money. The facilities were fantastic and the pool area was particularly wonderful. The buffet has a several options and the food was delicious. Located in ideal position close to the local town and shops with a short drive to the nearest beach"

"The hotel catered very much for the Spanish, by that I mean the times of the restaurants - breakfast 8 - 11am, lunch 1.30 - 3.30pm and dinner 8 - 11. So if you are an early riser or have children ! We have lived in Spain so didn't bother us too much. Pools also didn't open until 11am which was disappointing as it was so hot. The food was repetitive but good. Location was fantastic right by local marshes that are a parc natural. Cleanliness was very good and housekeeping team were fantastic. Staff in general were friendly. Overall a great stay"

"From the moment I arrived at reception to check in, the main goal of the staff was to get extra money out of me. The room I had booked wasn’t ready because they were very busy but I could have an upgrade for an extra €40 per night and that room was ready so I accepted as we were tired and hungry. Parking was available, but there was a charge. Again I accepted. There was a charge for the dogs even though they did not provide ANYTHING for them. Again I accepted. Our suite had a safe but yes, you’ve guessed it, there was a charge. You could get a towel for the pool from reception but you had to give them your credit card details. Overall I was completely disappointed. The hotel is too big and impersonal and it was not my cup of tea"
