"Lovely location and good chalet. Just needs a bit of focus -dishwasher doesn’t work as jets completely chalked up. No towels or bedding in one of the bedrooms on arrival, although did fiz this quickly the next day after it was reported. Excruciating when the whole evening when you’re sat in the living area, the floor above scrape chairs across the floor making your ceiling shudder. Perhaps a bit of felt under the chairs legs?"

"Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Me Ghislaine (réception de l'hôtel de la Tza) qui nous a remis les clefs de l'appartement ainsi que les draps de lits et serviettes de bain. 1km plus loin et nous sommes arrivés à l'appartement 54 (2ème étage) de l'immeuble "le Panorama". Facile à trouver avec Maps. Nous avons eu de la chance car nous étions venus à Arolla il y a 4 ans mais il n'y avait pas de neige, alors que nous étions venus en novembre (du 25 au 30 à l'époque) également. Les...

"Le chalet est joli mais il a quelques points négatifs: - il est très difficile d'accès en hiver - un peu mal entretenu - et avoir seulement un chalet pour 14 mais uniquement 2 chambres doubles, c'est un peu désolant."

"Bijzonder netjes appartement. Internet en tv is goed. Keuken prima en ik blijf het een leuke plek vinden. Jammer dat de toegangsweg bijzonder lastig is in de winter. (Ijs)En dat zou wel een beetje beter op de site gezet kunnen worden. Of men zou iets kunnen verzinnen om dit te vergemakkelijken. "
