“Good, brand new hotel with good facilities ”

“The stay was great. We arrived in the early evening and were given a good room. I requested a roll away bed for our son. We were told that unfortunately they didn't have any left, but they could upgrade us to a mini suite. They enabled us to have a successful trip by moving a few things around while treating us as valued individuals and guests. The spa and pool were under renovation during our vist ”

“ Where to start, was first given a room That was tiny with wires out the wall, asked for another room the lady was kind enough to give another room that was bigger, but it was not clean, hair on the showers, stain on the toilet, and pillows had stains on them, unfortunately looked under the bed and full of litter, middle of the night had another person walk into my room, so they where given a key that obviously opened the same door and the man said we was given this room, thank god I was……

“Profession and friendly service from all who greeted us. Lovely little touches such as complementary fruit plate and soft drink. Towels and bedding super-soft. Food excellent. Will look to stay next year when we attend primary care conference at the NEC.”
