「Staffs are friendly and approachable. They helped us book an airport transfer last minute at a better deal than local taxis. Their breakfast is fantastic - many kinds of cheese, fruit, various dipping sauces, tea, coffee, fries, bread, just like a sultan’s breakfast! The view is amazing at the terrace too - go check out during sunrise, sunset, and night time. Restaraunts and supermarkets are located 15 min walkable distance. They give you slipper, bath gown, toiletries, shampoo, conditioner,...

「一個非常美麗又有設計感的飯店，櫃檯人員非常的樂意幫助我們解決各樣的問題，到的時候甚至讓我們親自去挑自己喜歡的房間，飯店還提供了洗衣機乾衣機以及無線提供的咖啡跟水讓你隨時可以使用，非常的貼心，如果有機會一定會再入住這裡，只是可惜附近的餐廳不多，所以要到主要的小鎮開車比較方便但是距離也不遠，我們是自己開車，不過也有看到接送的巴士，所以我想交通應該也不是問題！」

「Clean rooms and the most tasty breakfast ever! Make sure to get the hotel to call you a taxi to go into gorme shopping area. Large rooms mine was basic room but so large and very nice my parent s room was massive. Really nice area to sit and see thr rock cave and in a cute quite area only 7 min taxi drive into gerome.」

「Fantastic view of the Ortahisar Castle from the hotel. 10 min uphill walk (not on google maps) to Ortahisar town center with ATMs, restaurants, markets, a car rental place and to climb the castle. Hotel will arrange airport drop off/pick up and activities for you Do not over-do cave dwelling - one night is enough if you have to. Do not use the meal delivery service. 」
