「My husband and I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and overall enjoyed our stay because it has amazing views, unique experience being an actual cave hotel and nice breakfast on the terrace with lovely personnel. I think it's important to mention that it would be great to have a clear signage about where to get checked in and also the rest room for people who can't be checked in yet or already checked out but waiting for time to depart.」

「very nice and good staff, they helped to plan our trip and provided the need by information.」

「Staffs are friendly and approachable. They helped us book an airport transfer last minute at a better deal than local taxis. Their breakfast is fantastic - many kinds of cheese, fruit, various dipping sauces, tea, coffee, fries, bread, just like a sultan’s breakfast! The view is amazing at the terrace too - go check out during sunrise, sunset, and night time. Restaraunts and supermarkets are located 15 min walkable distance. They give you slipper, bath gown, toiletries, shampoo, conditioner,...

Teşekkür ederiz Soul of Cappadocia Ailesi.」

「Equipe muito prestativa. Café da manhã muito bom.」

「Fantastic view of the Ortahisar Castle from the hotel. 10 min uphill walk (not on google maps) to Ortahisar town center with ATMs, restaurants, markets, a car rental place and to climb the castle. Hotel will arrange airport drop off/pick up and activities for you Do not over-do cave dwelling - one night is enough if you have to. Do not use the meal delivery service. 」

「Perfect place l will recommend everyone」

「Odalar çok büyük, heryer tertemiz. İşletmecinin ve tüm çalışanların ilgisi mükemmeldi. Kesinlikle tekrar burada kalmak isterim」

「We absolutely loved this property and very much enjoyed seeing the hot air balloons from the hotel practically every morning. There was a few hour-long power cut due to an electrical issue but the staff offered us free drinks and a free complimentary meal. Waiting in the lobby/pool area for this duration was fine. I would recommend staying here. The reception staff were very accommodating and friendly.」

「Not much service was available. We arrived with 3 luggage’s and no one was at the front door to help us bring in the luggages. When we checked into the room, it was different from the photos that were advertised at the time of the booking. We tried to talk to the front desk but they just rudely ignore the comment and mentioned that all rooms in the hotels were all the same. We had to call hotels.com to help us sort out the issue, which the staff at hotels.com helped and finally assisted us to...
