“Excellent”

“I cannot rave enough about the Westerly. The staff went above and beyond for every ask. On our last day I wanted to take unobstructed panoramic pictures of the ocean and the staff took me up to the Palm Beach Club which we didn’t have access to just to take the pictures. They had amazing kids’ activities…I just wish we were told about it sooner…we found out about them on our 2nd to last day. The guy at the car rental lacked personality and was argumentative when we returned the car late……

“The beach staff were amazing. Very helpful and quick to assist setting up our lounge chairs that we reserved through their app. Staff always coming round to check if we needed drinks or food. The housekeeping level of service was a bit disappointing. Had to call down a couple times just to get our room cleaned (late afternoon). Standard things not replaced (towels, bottles of water, coffee). Once we commented to lobby staff, efforts were made for improvement which was appreciated (but honestly……

“Despite wanting to have turn down services, they never did it. We asked numerous times and never received it. They left us the same towels and sheets for 6 days. We also paid for “all inclusive”, but there are caveats. Room service is extra. At the restaurants, they do not allow you to take your leftovers or dessert back with you. My room key didn’t work once to get into the gym. I even had them remake keys. After the 1st day, they just told me to ask someone that was already in there to open……

“The highlight of this hotel is its location and beautiful beach. The property is older and they do their best to maintain it, but the rooms are in need of updates, and overall cleanliness throughout the hotel could be improved.”

“Pool was great, only down fall is that security didn't allow the kids to have floats that we brought. I didn't think the staff was overly friendly and for the price paid i feel like there should have been more complimentary activities for the kids. Other resorts offer much more for kids.”

“Very nice place, the dogs make it better. Super clean, we also had a pool which was amazing. Rent a car if you want to stay here since it’s far from activities by walk, but it’s perfectly placed with half way between the Noord and Sam Nicolas.”
