2. I arrived 3 days earlier than planned, so I begged to change the reserved date, but it was not accepted and I paid for the accommodation twice.”
“This was the worst place I ever stayed. It is dirty and unkept. People were getting the room for less than half the price I paid. There was no breakfast although reservation said so. It is next to a Railway station and the engines kept on screeching and storming all night. I will not be booking via Orbitz in future.”

Price for one night through Hotels.com was £146 per night.
Had to book and pay for my own room at checkin due to no Hotels.com reservation- the price was £25 for one night.!!!
How much are Hotels.com marking up the rates.
