客房整潔及十分寬敞, 職員有禮, 但房間廁所沖廁水力不足需要改善, 曾担心有評價指房間面向馬路十分嘈吵, 今次住19樓高層整體十分寧靜舒服, 酒店對面新商場One Bangkok 5樓美食廣場不容錯過平靚正, 酒店鄰近MRT station出行方便, 但如要常坐BTS須注意那個轉乘站出入最便利.
