“The sheets are dirty, there's hair on them, it doesn't even look changed. Everywhere you see hair on the table. The room was like a smoking room. It smelled like smoke.”

“In general, it is good. However, the sound insulation is not good. Every step upstairs can be heard clearly. Car noise at parking lot can be heard inside the room.”

“Our room was in the Lodge on the 2nd floor. Very tiny room right next to the kitchen exhaust. At 1:20 a.m. the fire alarm went off. It was attached to the ceiling so we could not turn it off. There was no one else in the lodge. We opened all the windows and turned on the fan in the room and it finally went out. I reported this to the management but we received no discount/compensation. We also ate dinner here; $45 each for a very small piece of sabelfish and grilled cabbage and small salad.……

“We had a quick trip (one night) and we were thoroughly surprised by the magic of this Grants Pass haven! Teresa is a lovely host , one of those people you could hang with for hours. She has created a community where all the guests mingle- just enough! The property is peaceful and serene and the quaint cottage has everything needed. I can’t think of one negative thing to say . Thank you Teresa for an unexpected retreat!”
