「The hotel is exceptional and the area where it is located is breathtaking. While you have to pay in order to use the geothermal pools anywhere else on the island, there are geothermal pools right here in the hotel for your use anytime of the day or night! The hotel leaves little treats and trinkets in your room for you throughout most of your stay, there are incredible tasting teas with cookies in the lobby area, and breakfast was divine! We highly recommend this hotel!」

「The room was always very clean. The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. They were always willing to answer questions. They always greeted us each day. Breakfast was good. Lots of bread options. There were always scrambled eggs. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate were available from the bar. The pool is small, and we didn’t use it but it was nice. The room temperature was a plus. The AC worked very well in the hot summer. The only negative I noticed were the walls were slightly dinged up, but...
