「Construction in progress balcony had debris from construction on patio blowing at us so we went to the pool. Room was remodeled however there were numerous issues . Patio door took 2 people to open, shower head moved in and out of wall ,adjoining door too room next to our was not lockable as the lock on top of the door would not slide up into the lock position. Whoever was staying next door could enter our room without a key. Good location, nice pool, nice restaurant . Convenient to HarborWalk.」

「Good」

「Balcony door was difficult to open. Walls were so thin that you could hear through them and the whole wall shook anytime someone shut a hotel room door. Pool was small, old and very cold. It started at 4 feet so it was impossible to ease into it.」

「Quiet 」

「Positives: Manager was very nice. Great location. Price for the location was great. No bed bugs. Negatives: Asked staff for towels and never got them. Bedding including pillows had mildew on them. The room was very dusty. I don't think it had been used in a while. I went and bought my own bedding and cleaning supplies. I didn't see any bugs until the day we checked out and saw 2 cockroaches. The property was somewhat run down. I won't be staying there again.」

「Great staff」

「The staff is amazing! The rooms are very spacious and comfortable! The breakfast, dinner and drinks were always good! Highly recommend this amazing location and oh it’s so close to the beach and bunch of stores and restaurants around it! Overall best experience at a hotel we have ever had! Definitely will be back thank you to the staff for always going the extra mile!」

「The hotel was going through a remodel when Hurricane Isaias hit the area. Our room on the 1st floor began having water drip from the ceiling and the outside walls. They are soon going to have a severe mold and rot problem. They moved us to a smaller room but wouldn't refund the difference. Money 1st, customer last.」
