We were in a different part of la and could not be there at time they were available and never got to check in. We had to rent another actual hotel so we had somewhere to sleep."

"Noticed the basement light on went down stairs and found sheets/towels in the washer and dryer. I put the towels in the dryer and placed the dried sheets in a basket. The carpet very dirty. Kitchen floor dirty, knobs and stove dirty. Because of the uncleanness I did not use the kitchen other than a few glasses.
