“We have stayed at DoubleTree many times. Reception staff are always welcoming. Evgenia is always friendly and helpful. She has checked us in on our last three visits. As a side note, we have witnessed a guest being quite rude to her and she communicated with them in such a professional manner. We sometimes request a room up-grade and the hotel has always been able to accommodate, even if it is for a specific room, so thank you House-keeping staff. “Great little find. it was lovely to wake up and sit with a cuppa and see baby ducks, swans and squirrels. Peaceful, clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful. Didn't try any of the facilities available as it was a one night pitstop but will be returning soon to try them out.”
