落機太夜，去到酒店話沒法提供房間。因此半夜三更要重新搵過另一間酒店，由於聖誕節，附近其他酒店所有房間都full, 所以拖住一大堆行李及小朋友流落街頭。酒店沒有提早通知！沒有提前預備。客服也沒有什麼有效幫助。極差！！！！
