"Lovely 11 night stay. Fabulous attentive and caring staff, everyone couldn’t do enough for us. We had a tired Deluxe King suite. Bed was comfy, good shower although you had to let the water run for 5-7 mins before the hot water kicked in, TV’s were a little temperamental but the maintenance crew quick and fixed any issues. The suite was lovely, spacious, as per pictures but a little tired as peeling paint, dated furniture and amenities. The housekeeping team did a fab job and were flexible in cleaning times to suit us, but other areas like the bar had dusty sofas which you could see hadn’t been cleaned recently. Main resturant was clean and nice, Tokyo bar food was wonderful, good sushi! Would I stay again? Yes. "

"Our second time staying at this hotel and this stay exceeded our expectations. I was on a vacation to celebrate my birthday and the hotel staff upgraded us to a suite, decorated my room and left us a cake. Breakfast selection is very good. We ate at the hotel for Christmas Eve buffet, which was also very good. I would definitely recommend staying here and will also come back to stay at this hotel."
