「Resort was rundown except lobby. Room was dingy, dated and not very clean. The furniture was old and broken. Carpet was stained. The room I was assigned was on a floor that was dusty, smelly and under construction and I received zero communication about this. My grandson and I both suffer from asthma; so this was not ideal for either of us. When I checked out front desk was supposed to email me a receipt and I never received it. Then my card was hit for $57.90 more than the quoted price, taxes...

「We loved being so close to the center of Mystic! We would have loved to have nicer weather to enjoy the bikes and kayaks, but with a Nor’Easter bearing down on us, we just enjoyed watching the brackish water and blowing sideways rain through the water facing picture window from the comfort and warmth of The Bluffs house lower level. Communication was great as we weren’t sure if there was danger of flooding due to the impending storm. The complimentary bottle of local wine was a nice touch (and...

「We booked this hotel and were shocked when we got there that it has an 8.4 rating. The room smelled musty and felt damp and cold. We wanted to soak for a while in the advertised hot tub but were told it was not available. The guy at the front desk was very unprofessional and I had to go up to the front desk in a different building for questions since he would not answer the phone. When I complained, he copped an attitude! The included continental breakfast was very sparse. Even though...
