「Clean, pool friendly staff. Close to beaches」

「Our room was great: Really high ceilings, spacious, comfortable beds, mini fridge and a table with 2 chairs. Bathroom was roomy, clean and modern. We LOVED having free specialty coffees made by a barista. Welcoming atmosphere and professional helpful staff. Well maintained facility and grounds. Convenient location. This is my second stay at this hotel and plan to return.」

「I wouldn’t fall for the photos. The place is not maintained and seems as if there are full time tenants. I wouldn’t recommend staying here with a family if you like decent hotels.」

「On the plus side, everything worked in the room (fridge, tv, microwave, lights and ac).Also, looked like it had new very basic furniture and bedding looked clean. The main problem was a stale smell which was worse if the ac was turned up. And the room really needed a thorough cleaning as the walls and doors had visible what I would call smudge marks in quite a few places which made it look generally not very clean. All in all it was ok for a couple of nights.」

「Pictures are nothing like the actual rooms you'll be staying in. There was black mold growing on cheap tiled ceilings. The air conditioner wasn't working correctly and the whole room had a layer of moisture on everything including the worn down carpet and the bed sheets/pillows. The bathrooms are very small and not well maintained with grime and wear all over. They said it was non smoking but you could smell cigarettes in the room. Very unhelpful staff. We arrived and asked if we could see the...

「Great ocean front property. Park, check in and hit the beach. The beach is a few feet away from your car so no lugging heavy beach necessities, coolers or chairs, for long distances. The beach view from the outdoor balcony was great and you see, and hear the waves crashing all day and night. Room was clean with microwave and fridge. They have an outdoor shower and elevator and the staff was very nice. Only issue, the shower head in the room needs to be replaced. It had little water coming out...

「It was a place to stay for two nights, and it was quiet. I stayed on the 2nd (top) floor. It is a basic motel, with parking immediately in front of the rooms. No amenities, and nothing nearby (walking distance) for dinner/snacks/drinks.」
