The food is excellent and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The entire hotel is well appointed with fresh rooms, amazing mountain views and shuttles to the area ski lifts. We would definitely return. 」

「The room was large and very clean with beautiful views. The restaurant was excellent and the staff was helpful and friendly. Our luggage was delivered late by a service and the staff made sure to bring it to us and checked with us prior to its arrival. This hotel is worth the stay!」

「Enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel. The room is simple and functional but well designed and updated. The lobby and dining area has a nice “modern rustic” look. The staff and owners make you feel welcomed and are very helpful. I left my tote bag on the train at the Pontresina station and they called the station and I was able to pick it up at the station that day. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a nice functional, cozy and comfortable place to stay. 」
