"Strengths: Perfectly convenient location, with the subway stop literally at the front door and the Prudential shopping center right across the street. Staff service style ranges from politely friendly to quite casual. The Lobby Cafe provides complimentary coffee, bottled water, and packaged snacks, as part of the stay. Free newspaper and magazines to grab in the lobby. Heat/AC is actually manually adjustable. Lobby is nicely decorated and comfortable. WiFi works well. Beds and headboards comfortable. Chairs comfortable. Bathroom amenities include a shower cap, vanity kit, and a nice rubber duck toy, in addition to the usual shampoo, conditioner, soap, shower gel, body lotion, etc. Bluetooth speaker/alarm charging station is a nice touch. Areas for improvement: TV entertainment options are limited (no streaming platform options; some basic free TV channels provided in addition to the chromecast function). Our bath tub drain became slow after three nights. Our Keurig machine and coffee cup lids were a bit dusty. No detachable shower head in our bathroom, and water temperature was not the easiest to control. No slippers provided. Overall: Despite a few imperfections, the experience was good and I would stay again. "

"Perfect location for Marathon Runners, closed to back drop area and Finish line. Walk within 5 mins can arrive hotel to take shower and rest. Provided Microwave Oven also helps a lot! Staff's responses are also very fast. But have following for improvement: 1) need to check the Safe lock, have requested 3 times to fix it in 6-day stay 2) forget to pass the hotel restaurant coupon for our usage, we need to remind Bristro Bar to specially handle it 3) forget to refill the teabags, I am not a coffee lover, and only drink tea 4) the tray that keeps the Sugar Pounch never been cleaned, as one sugar bag is broken from day 1 I arrive, how till day 6, the broken bag still here Hope Hotel AKA can enhance above services. Thanks."

"It’s just that there’s no one at the front desk. It’s very inconvenient when we need some help and there’s no employee at the front desk to help. The room was okay but windows couldn’t open and it’s poor ventilation. But very quiet and safe. Coffee machine very not clean and bathroom are very small."
