“We spent two weeks here in the winter. It was a much-needed retreat away from the city. We spent the morning sipping coffee before the beautiful stone fireplace, afternoons in the sauna, and evenings grilling. The cabin was fully equipped with extra towels and blankets, and games. The kitchen e was great, and we enjoyed having extra room in the guest cabin to work or read silently. There was a strong winter storm during our visit, but we still made use of the patio and fire pit after some shoveling. We look forward to coming back again when the lake is not frozen and we can use the pontoon and screened back porch.”

“We loved our stay on Kimball Lake; we spent a lot of time on the shoreline with my grandchildren enjoying the sand and water. We adults took excursions out on the paddle boards, kayak and canoe. We even had a pirate birthday party with our five year old manning the flotilla from stern of the canoe. Plenty of life jackets in stock. The house is very comfortable, well stocked with everything one needs. The view of the lake is gorgeous and the sound of the loon so soothing. We watched a bald eagle……

“The cabin was spacious with the 2 lofts and large kitchen/dining area plus 4 other bedrooms. Lots of outdoor space between the deck, the yard and the dock!!! Very comfortable for 12 of us. Clean, well supplied and owner was very responsive and emailed all info before hand. Would book again!”
