"Home offers plenty of space for 6 guests, and the area is wonderful! Close in proximity to the local harbor, we found ourselves enjoying the local dining scene close to the water. Property is modern & well thought out for guests, rooms offer plenty of comfortable beds and location is close to NASA, fun bars/hangouts as well as HOU Hobby Airport. Owner was communicative & directions/access was super convenient. A definite bookmark for our next visit to the Lone Star State!!"

Hyatt Select Galveston - Beachfront

8/10 Good

"As past employee of Hyatt hotels for 21 years, I expected more. The property is a bit dated. It needs a little love. Parking is minimal and amenities, no outdoor pool when you are at a beach town did not make sense. Unless for a quick stay before a cruise like this one, likely willl not be back. Thank you for the staff who made our quick stay very pleasant!"

"The room was clean and the location was perfect. The elevator had quirks which nobody told us about , you learn from the other guests . The food was ok but no yogurt for Breakfast . Waffles and toast some cereal . The drinking water was scary ! Plastic fruit why ? Add a real orange spend A buck ! Overall ok get an uber you can’t trust their service to the cruise terminal , it’s just Staff and their private cars . 15 dollars per person for maybe 8 blocks"
