It was a short and simple stay. The hotel was excellent even amidst the chaotic city conditions . It was ideal when i selected it due to its location to the airport. The staff were very supportive and friendly. the facility was very clean , but it was also very new compared to the surroundings.

Had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect—lacson street. Breakfast was fresh and delicious each morning. My wife and I stayed at Citadines Bacolod for 3 nights in March 2025. It's a new hotel, nicely designed and in a good location with excellent restaurants near by. The room was comfortable and spacious. Our only complaint was that the ventilation is poor and you cannot open the windows. There is a strong insecticide smell in the hallway, which leaks into the room. I must say that this is a common issue in the Philippines.

Great stay

O have been at this hotel 3 times this year. Every time was better than the stay before. Empoulyees always nice and smiling and answer my questions or find out immediately. Room is cleaned every days with new bedding and towels. The dining rooom food is always excellent. The waiters have remembered my drinks and when they see me come in for breakfast they immediately getting me the tea i like. Even when I only stay for a couple days. They aCcomadate me in every way. Pool staff are great. It I just wish the pool water was warmer but what can I expect when the outside temperature Is 94. I will always come to this hotel when in town.

Excellent stay! Excellent staffs! Kristine, AJ and the rest of her colleagues , sorry I didn’t get all your names, in the front desk are truly courteous, helpful and admirable! Leane, the greeter, Jeremy, Shyra and the rest of wait/beverage staffs, TJ, Aaron in the egg/soup station are all so wonderful and friendly. Kudos as well to executive chef Jordan Medrano, the daily morning breakfast/bench selections are superb and all are tastefully crafted. Carl, those morning carts, superb!!! Roslyn , our room staff, great job! The hotel itself is a league of its own, but those staffers totally made you a Citadines! Truly a City of Smiles experience! Bacolod is lucky to have Citadines!
