Hotel im Grunde genommen sehr gut, jedoch keine fünf Sterne mehr Zimmer ist voll okay jedoch Badezimmer noch mit Badewanne und renovierungsbedürftig. Trotzdem Zustand durchaus okay Service top Freundlichkeit etc.

Schönes Hotel, aber leider in die "Jahre gekommen". Extrem schmutzige Teppiche mit unangenehmen Flecken. Badtüre vom Wasser beschädigt uvm. Von der fehlenden Klimaanlage bei +32°C gar nicht zu sprechen. Bei 3 Tage Aufenthalt keinen Platz zum Abendessen im Hotel-Restaurant erhalten, schade. Ein wenig spärlich der Spa, dafür Kinderspielplatz Pool. Alles in allem, schönes Haus aber sehr renovierbedürftig. Nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, aber mit wenig Möglichkeiten. Somit ist das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis auch nicht gerade vertretbar. Wir werden voraussichtlich keine Stammgäste.

Ich hatte Halbpension und durfte deshalb jeden Abend bei 1 Woche Aufenthalt das 3-Gönge-Menü genießen. Dieses war außerordentlich gut und hatte oftmals Sternenküche-Charakter. Sehr angenehm fand ich den Zimmerservice. 3 x tgl. wurde nachgesehen, ob noch etwas benötigt wird etc.

An dem Haus habe ich nichts auszusetzen. Das einzige, was mir nicht gefallen hat, ist der Preis. Ich habe bei der Buchung über Expedia rund 50 % mehr bezahlt als ein anderer Gast für die selbe Leistung, der über fit&vital gebucht hatte.

Super Service, Personal ist freundlich, zuvorkommend und jeden Extrawunsch erfüllt, auch Housekeeping war super. Das Personal und das Essen (Frühstück und Abend) sind auf jeden Fall 5 Sterne Wert. Die Einrichtung allerdings ist abgenutzt und fleckig (Teppich etc) und sehr dunkel. Es gibt zu wenig Licht auf dem Zimmer ind im Bad. Der SPA Bereich ist klein aber ausreichend, aber braucht auch mal wieder eine Renovierung.

Was mir nicht gefallen hat:ich mußte im voraus bezahlen. Habe obwohl ich bei Ihnen abgeschlossen habe über expedia abgeblich gebucht . Mußte früher abreisen und frage mich wie ich ev. Geld zurückbekomme für die nicht benutzte Zeit. Bin mit der Art der Buchung nicht zufrieden.
