The property is new, we liked the modern furniture and the fully equipped kitchen The house is family-friendly and suitable for kids, as everything was very clean. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem traumhaften Ferienhaus in Bad Hofgastein! Das Haus ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und bietet reichlich Platz für Familien oder Gruppen – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Einrichtung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgewählt: stilvoll, gemütlich und hochwertig, sodass man sich vom ersten Moment an wie zuhause fühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die herrliche Sauna, die nach einem aktiven Tag in den Bergen pure Entspannung bietet. Auch das Grundstück ist wunderschön – mit einer großzügigen Terrasse, mehreren Balkonen und einem tollen Ausblick auf die umliegende Natur. Perfekt für sonnige Stunden oder gemütliche Abende im Freien. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend – freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert auf Gastfreundschaft gelegt wird. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Das Haus ist fantastisch. Wunderschön gelegen, ruhig und die Aussicht vom Haus ist weitläufig. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Preis-Qualität ist in Ordnung. Es gibt einige Bereiche mit Verbesserungspotenzial: - Service muss ersetzt werden, bei jedem Glas oder jeder Tasse fehlt ein Teil. Weingläser sind mattiert. - Bettwäsche und Handtücher haben ihre besten Tage gesehen. - Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist durchgelegen und für ältere Menschen schwer aufzustehen. - Duschen sind wunderbar - Saunaraum ist eine kahle Ebene… - Für den Sommer fehlen Ihnen tatsächlich ein paar gemütliche Outdoor-Stühle mit Kissen.

Wirklich ein tolles Haus mit allem Komfort. Sehr empfehlenswert. Nur die Silberfischchen, die in den Bädern, der Küche und leider sogar im Bett aufgetaucht sind, sind ein Ärgernis und müssten bekämpft werden.

Das Haus war nicht sonderlich sauber geputzt als wir ankamen. Am 2. Tag kamen dann Hausmeister und Handwerker um diverse Schäden zu reparieren. Warum dies nicht vor unserem Check in erledigt wurde ist mir nicht klar Warum

Heel mooie chalet, voorzien van alle comfort om een fijn verblijf te hebben ik Bad Hofgastein. Jammer dat de diensten ter plekke van het aanspreekpunt niet ok waren, anders was het fantastisch geweest. Maar niettegenstaande keren we er teruf in 2025!

Das Haus war sehr geräumig und die Lage mit Blick auf die umliegenden Berge war traumhaft. Jedes der 4 Schlafzimmer hatte ein angrenzendes Badezimmer mit WC und Dusche/Badewanne, was wir als Reisegruppe von 8 Personen als super empfanden. Im Keller gab es eine Sauna. Hier hätten wir uns gewünscht, dass der Raum etwas liebevoller eingerichtet gewesen wäre. Es gab z. B. keine Saunaliegen. Was wir jedoch bei dem Preis des Hauses als völlig unzumutbar empfanden, war die Sauberkeit. Es lagen noch Salzstangen der Vormieter im Wohnzimmer, die Küchenfronten waren klebrig und verdreckt und im Geschirrspüler stand noch das Wasser vom letzten Gebrauch, welches wohl nicht abgepumpt war. Wir mussten Putzutensilien kaufen, um das Erdgeschoss vom Schmutz zu befreien. Leider fühlte sich für dieses Problem keiner zuständig und unsere Beschwerden wurden ignoriert.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir durften als Familie eine tolle Zeit in dem wunderschönen Ferienhaus in Bad Hofgastein verbringen. Das Haus war sauber und es fehlte uns an nichts. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Sauna im Kellergeschoss und das jedes Schlafzimmer über ein eigenes Badezimmer verfügt. Der große Esstisch im Wohnbereich lädt zum Verweilen ein und einem Spieleabend mit den angebotenen Gesellschaftsspielen, welche man ebenfalls im Haus vorfindet, steht nichts im Wege. Bei schönem Wetter, kann man auf der Terrasse sitzen und das Bergpanorama und die grasenden Kühe bestaunen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We kenden het huis omdat we het vorige jaar het huis er naast huurden. Ik probeerde via de sleutelbeheerder Mr Leitner de code voor het sleutelkastje te krijgen maar ik zou dat enkel de dag van aankomst krijgen. Die dag verstuurde ik verschillende mails maar ik kreeg geen antwoord. Het sleutelkastje was dicht maar we konden het gewoon openen. Alles in orde dus maar geen vriendelijke service van Leitner
