Very well 4 stars worthed hotel with friendly owners and employees. Breakfast and Dinners are excellently cared and all courses (with options) are delicious. We had a very nice and clean room, which was cleaned every day. We didn't use wellness, but from the outside it must be from same level.

Stor gæstfrihed og lækker mad

Hjerteligt personale og dejlig stemning. Overdådig morgenmad. Værelser i traditionel østrigsk stil, ikke sidste nye skrig, men rent og pænt. Børn velkomne, med særlig børnebuffet - lille legeplads og legerum kunne dog godt trænge til en kærlig hånd!

Herraustagend ist die Küche und die Lage des Hotels. Auch der Pool und der Wellnessbereich sind gut gelungen. Unser Zimmer ist leider noch nicht modernisiert gewesen, es gibt aber wohl schon modernere Zimmer. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Ceck-in molto veloce e cordiale, ottima pulizia delle camere. Area relòax un po' piccola, sopratutto se sono presenti bambini, ma molto confortevole. Posizione dell'hotel molto comoda, all'inizio del paese.

Toller Gesamteindruck mit kleinen Mängeln

Optimale Lage für Skifahrer: an der Piste, knapp oberhalb der Liftstation. Äußerst positiv hervorzuheben sind Freundlichkeit und Zuvorkommenheit des Personals. Man ist mehr als bemüht, den Gast zu verwöhnen. Der Wellnessbereich ist liebevoll gestaltet, das Schwimmbecken ist wirklich groß. Kulinarisch war der Urlaub ein Highlight: das Frühstücksbuffet war top, Eiergerichte wurden frisch zubereitet, es war alles da: Schinken, Wurst, Käse, frisches Obst, Süsses und Deftiges Abends Buffet oder 3 Auswahl-Menüs, bodenständige Küche erstklassig zubereitet, mit Stil serviert. 4 Gänge + Salatbuffet - mehr geht wirklich nicht. Beim Zimmer möchte ich ausdrücklich darauf hinweisen, dass ich hier nur mein Einzelzimmer bewerte: sehr klein und nicht optimal ausgestattet. Keine freien Steckdosen, zum Aufladen des Handys musste der Fernseher oder eine Lampe ausgesteckt werden. Ein paar "normale" Kleider- bügel zum Auslüften der Skibekleidung wären praktisch gewesen. Das Bad war winzig: eine große oder korpulente Person hätte Probleme sowohl vor dem Waschbecken als auch beim WC. Der Duscheinstieg extra-hoch. Decken- spots sind unzureichend zum Schminken oder Hantieren mit Kontaktlinsen. Leider auch Haare in Waschbecken und Dusche - das ist nicht 4-Sterne-würdig! Diese Mängel, die sich zum Teil leicht beheben lassen, können für mich den Gesamteindruck aber kaum beeinträchtigen, das Positive überwiegt eindeutig. Ich werde gerne wiederkommen.

Pragtfuld ferie med mange overraskelser

Ældre par på 1 uges ferie. Spændende hotel med mange positive overraskelser. Personalet og Josef (ejer) var meget hjælpsomme og opmærksomme og deltog i mange aktiviteter(velkomst, vandreture, hyggeaftner i hotellobbyen, mange forskellige madoplevelser). Alle måltider var meget veltillavet og lækkert. Hver aften 6 retter. Vender meget gerne tilbage.
