“This hotel was one of the best I have stayed in. The receptionist (blonde lady) spoke perfect English and was very helpful and friendly. The pool was open all day to 9pm, with a special child friendly time from 5-7 which my child adored, and it was very clean and modern. We parked in the garage underneath the hotel (for a fee) which you need your room card to gain access. This was safe and secure. Breakfast was from 8am until 10am and had a good range of items available. However please be warned……

“We were very impressed with our two rooms, especially considering the modest price. The rooms were modern looking with all the conveniences we needed. We would highly recommend this property. The only minor problem that we had was at check-in. We were supposed to receive an email giving us information to check in and enter our rooms. I didn’t receive such an email and ended up calling the hotels help number and was helped with an efficient young lady. It turns out that the email was sent via……

“We had a lovely experience here. The house is located above Oberterzen and has a brilliant view of the lake and mountains. 20 minutes downhill to the gondola and close to everything you want to do in the area. The house was clean and spacious. The pictures don't do it enough justice.”

“Eine sehr schöne und zweckmäßige Wohnung wir waren mit acht Wanderkameraden vor Ort. Die Küchenausstattung ist etwas zu gering wenn man für 8 Personen vor Ort kochen möchte. Etwas mehr Töpfe und Pfannen wären gut. Ansonsten war alles einwandfrei Betten bequem und Wohnung sauber. Wir würden wieder kommen.”
