A wonderful place to stay if you’re taking the Glacier Express or the Bernina Express! The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Views of the mountains from the room were superb.

The room is very clean and comfortable. It’s within walking distance to the Chur Train Station. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. There’s a small elevator to the room but to access the lobby from the front door is by stairs. The hotel front door and lobby is closed at 8 pm. No one can check you in after 8 pm. Overall it’s a wonderful hotel in Chur.

We didn't meet the housekeeper, they also worked very efficiently to get the room ready!), the room is renovated, there are TV channels in English (BBC, ITV, Channels 4 and 5), close proximity to the train station, refrigerator and free water, variety of light modes/options, mostly quiet, elevator/lift works, beautiful view.
