“I had a great holiday at Riff Hikkaduwa. The hotel is good but there is room for improvement. Hotel staff are absolutely charming. Everyone is truly friendly and trying to make your stay as good as possible. Location is absolutely stunning right on the beach but not too close. Free breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. Wifi is patchy and laggy. In my room 209 after about 5pm kitchen fumes were coming in, especially when raining. At some point it was quite bad. My guess is their kitchen uses……

“Property was severely lacking working amenities - the tv had blurred screen, the gas was not working throughout the stay. We had requested for a late check-out and due to the issues with the room, they had agreed at no cost. However on the day of checkout, we were repeatedly disturbed by the staff, asking us to check out and every time we had to again explain the situation. What's the point of a late check-out if someone or the other is going to disturb every 5 mins. Disappointing stay. Will……
