“We so enjoyed our stay at Olive. The building is gorgeous and decor really calming. The upstairs is so light and the high ceilings make the space feel much bigger. The area is peaceful, we enjoyed listening to the birds. The garden was much enjoyed by our puppy! Local walks are plentiful and there are a variety of pubs to choose from though having a car is essential if you're wanting to get out and about. Local farm shop was lovely. The bath was much enjoyed and the kitchen extremely well……

“Unfortunately, the property did not meet reasonable cleanliness or maintenance standards. On arrival, the oven and hob were visibly dirty with grease and residue, and the kitchen overall did not appear to have been properly cleaned. There was no bin provided anywhere in the property, only loose bin bags left for guests to manage waste themselves. The bathroom showed visible mould around the shower area. This is a hygiene issue that should not be present in a paid short-term let. The sofa in……

“NO WORKING WINDOWS The photos of the apartments are all mixed up so its not possible to see the actual apartment you will be allocated. The apartment I was allocated had no widow in the bathroom and the air vent did not work. Next to the bathroom is the bedroom which also had no window. There was one window in the living room/kitchen that was painted shut. It was clear that the apartment had not been aired out for a long long time. It was incredibly stuffy and did not smell fresh.
