「We were family of 6 and stayed in a large room with bunk beds. It was brand new. Very comfortable. Each room has its own firepit to make smores or fry steaks etc. you won’t be alllowed to use big firepit at rhe lobby to make smores/fry food. There os draft beer and live music at the lobby at night. It didn’t include breakfast but complimentary coffee/tea and cereal with milk was offered which was perfect for us. 「Yes, it’s dated, but the location could not be beat and the comfortable bed was most welcome at the end of a long day. There was unexpectedly both WiFi and AC (which was particularly welcome on a very hot day), and the market opened at 7, allowing my very well-rested self to grab a quick breakfast before checking out and hitting the trail early that morning. Would 100% stay here again.」

「Excellent location for visiting Sequoia and Kings Canyon NP. The host was attentive, the room was perfect with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and place settings for 2. I just hope the toilet paper was chosen for the septic system and not because they wanted that brand. I am glad I arrived in the daylight, the short dirt road in would be tricky in the dark the first time. Dining recommendations were spot on - good food, very friendly service, and close by. I wouldn't hesitate to book here...

「 We spent two nights here while visiting the Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Parks. The property is clean and safe. There are lots of hummingbirds that we enjoyed watching. Connie gave us some very useful advice about how to tours the parks the most efficiently. Highly recommended.」
