“Due to age of building plus isolation it had some unique qualities but the staff were all lovely and the stay was enjoyable.”

“Liked our stay. The fact that HM Queen Elizabeth II stayed a few hours in 1981 gave it a nice twist.”

“Nice village hotel and our check in and room were good on the face of it. Other than the guy who checked us in, staff was generally rude. We had booked for breakfast at 08:00 on the first morning, and having travelled the previous day from Asia ended up waking earlier and found ourselves waiting in the breakfast room around 7:10, hoping to be able to request breakfast at 7:30 when it opened. “Great place to stay while visiting the Cotswolds. Room was spacious and clean and food in the hotel was excellent. I would definitely recommend.”

The other thing that……
