“The Staff was Very Very Un Professional. Ideally they dont know how to run a Hotel who were the Responsible person. Wont recommend the Hotel to any one. If u get it for 3000 Rs then you can stay. Breakfast was Pathetic Person at Reception was more than pathetic.”

“Reception staff are absolutely fantastic. Facilities were fine, location is walkable to Anjuna, and even Baga beach if you fancy a stroll. However Wi-Fi in rooms very intermittent and the duvets should have washable covers for hygiene. Bar was not open but eatery and beer shop right next to the hostel. Not the hippy part of Anjuna, you need to go towards the German Bakery if you want that type of vibe. More Indian holiday makers than international travellers. But I did have a very enjoyable……

“I stayed for 6 nights with a friend, first time in Goa for both of us. Location - if in Baga, the hotel is as central as its get. You are right in the midst of everything in Baga. Service - very friendly, they try to accommodate you as best as they can. But this is India, don't expect them to be knowledgeable, for example, about what do to around... “New hotel, clean and lovely staff. Lots to do including spa, and easy access to sights. As it’s new, staff were still getting used to policies and we were told slightly different things vs. Booking (meal plans) but Lilly (restaurant staff) did everything to make us feel comfortable - pretty much make anything we wanted ! “I had to always ask for the complimentary water,the TV wasn’t working ,weak WiFi or no WiFi inside”

“We had to change 3 rooms due to (1) noise and construction dust (2) leaking shower door and (3) we were stuck in this room for the remainder of the stay with fowl urine stench from the drain pipes. The Hotel GM was very sympathetic and did try to resolve the issue but it appeared to be a more systemic issue on that floor not just our room. We do appreciate the GM’s effort in helping us That being said the staff was very helpful and esp the Exec Chef attended to our dietary needs.”
