“Hotel and grounds have definitely not been updated in a very long time. The pics are probably from when the hotel opened and are not accurate at this time. Found someone’s night cap behind the bedside table and small ants in the room. Staff was very nice and had an enjoyable time in the bar area. Excellent seafood quesadillas!”

“I loved the ocean view from my room and the sound of the waves. I was extremely busy during my trip and wished I had had more time to relax on the room's porch. Island Beach vibe. Room could use a few minor updates but I was happy with it. The two things I wished for was- 1. A gate on the spiral staircase leading directly up my room's terrace from the main floor (Other guests walked up out of curiosity a few times and it was a bit uncomfortable) Perhaps a rope at the bottom of the stairs……
