"Upon arriving in my hotel room, it was clearly dirty with cup stains everywhere. Shower glass was covered in mildew. No safe or chairs on our patio- clearly they were not ready for us, and that was after us unfortunately showing up late due to a flight cancellation. The staff were friendly and helpful. Pack your own lotion, shampoo, conditioner, etc. it was bad. The elevators were horrible - hopefully you’re on a lower floor because you can wait for up to 10 minutes for an elevator to arrive. Food is mediocre at best - some restaurants are only open on certain days and you may not be able to book at certain restaurants because it was a “change over week” leaving 1 restaurant or a buffet as your only option. The pool wait staff didn’t serve you nearly often enough (maybe once or twice a day) even when you tip them well. Around the pool there were dirty cups and plates everywhere, the wait staff did not clean those often enough. And we were there during their slow time (May) so I can’t imagine that it would’ve been better when it’s busy. It was overall a get what you paid for, wouldn’t stay for longer than a week max.
