"The resort has a very frustrating and poorly designed restaurant reservation system. You can only book dinners 2 days in advance, which means for the first two days of your stay, you don’t have access to the restaurants at all—only the buffet.
Even worse, it’s nearly impossible to secure reservations when they do open. Guests are constantly competing for limited spots, and the system becomes stressful instead of convenient. The staff seemed aware of the issue but were unable to help, as everything had to be done through an app that was unreliable and difficult to use.
This turned what should have been a relaxing vacation into a stressful experience.
We stayed at Krystal Grand in Cabo about 7 months ago and had a wonderful, relaxing time. That positive experience is exactly why we chose to book Krystal Grand in Puerto Vallarta. Unfortunately, this stay was completely different.
After this experience, we would not choose to stay at Krystal Grand again"
