「Staff is so helpful, nice and professional. The room is so clean with the beautiful ocean view from all angles. The location is so convenient. It is in walking distance to beautiful Hon Chong Beach. It is close to some good restaurants but it is away from crowded, noisy areas in Tran Phu. If we have a chance to come back to Nha Trang, this place is definitely a place for us.」

「Staff are friendly and helpful. Breadfast and the service on the beach are good. Unfortunately we found itchy after sleeping in bed, there is room to improve in cleaningness. 」

「Great」

「Very helpful front desk staff. Friendly and cheerful. Good to have room upgrade. Big room and setup. Nice breakfast with many varieties everyday. Will stay again in future.」

「Good service! Manager Tsan is very helpful and professional. We have a problem with Lotte Apartment false advertisement and change to this hotel. Manager Tsan support us to arrange a nice room for us according to our need and budget. Using a good brand and good quality equipment Everything is good except the breakfast is nothing fancy but eatable. But it is free and include in the low price room rate and no complaint about it. 」

「Everything is good. I’ve enjoyed the peaceful and quiet environment!」

「Can’t see anything wrong with this place so I’ll give it a 5 stars. Has wifi, has aircorn, has fridge, has walldrobe, has massive comfy bed, no bug problems and always has staff on desk 24/7. If you need anything from good laundry place to good food or grocery shops then ask staff at desk and they will tell you where to go which is always down the road from the hotel. 」
