Fyra nätter på lyxhotell i Nha Trang

Vi fick ett mycket bra pris på detta lyxiga strandhotell i Nha Trang. Hotellet hade allt man kan önska sig, fantastiskt läge vid stranden, stort 2 bädds rum för mig och sonen.Mycket bra frukost buffe med kockar som fixar extra rätter utöver allt som redan finns av västerländsk och asiatisk mat. Vi hade en stor balkong med utsikt över havet och poolen. På stranden fanns ett begränsat antal solstolar att låna samt strandhandukar. Servicen vid receptionen var utmärkt och städningen fungerade perfekt. Vanligtvis var det städat och bäddat efter frukosten. Nya handdukar varje dag. Har absolut ingenting att klaga på, vi hade några toppen dagar på detta hotell. Det är lite mindre lokala restauranger i Nha Trang än vi varit vana vid från andra städer i Vietnam. Staden är inte lika charmig som t.ex Hoi An, men det är enklare att komma till stranden och till öarna utanför. Skulle gärna återvända till Sunrise om vi kommer tillbaka till den här delen av Vietnam igen, rekommenderas varmt!

The bathtub was not cleaned, had human booger excrements and hair, super nasty to jump in the shower. The floor boards were raised, and squeaky. I kept being disturbed by loud bangs outside my room making it uncomfortable to sleep. The bed was uncomfortable to sleep on, and woke up with a bad back pain.

スタッフの皆さんはとても優しくフレンドリーでした。空港の送迎を依頼しました。長いフライトで遅延し子供もいたのでかなり疲れて到着しましたが、運転も安全で車内も綺麗でとても安心しました。ホテルの部屋も清潔で滞在中も疲れた体を癒すことができました。朝食はとても美味しかったです。 出発の時も笑顔で送り出していただき最後まで気持ちの良かったです。

정말 5성급 호텔이라고??

오래된 건물과 시설, 하루에 생수 두개만 무료로 주는 룸써비스와 미숙한 룸 청소상태까지.. 5성급이라고 믿을수가 없는 호텔입니다. 먹을게 없는 조식메뉴와 화장실 어메니티까지 그냥 3성급정도의 호텔입니다. 다시 방문 계획은 없습니다.
