Every room has incredible long distance oceanfront views. The view from the front of our property was recently listed in the 60 Year Anniversary Edition of Downeast Magazine as one of the best views in Maine. The House is surrounded by so much water and ocean scenery, you will feel like you are cruising on a ship. See beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the large windows and decks on East, West and North sides of the House. House is in the middle of Lobster Land. Garrison Cove is a working lobster harbor with several lobster boats moored and a working lobster dock in front of the House. Walk 200 yards to famous Cook's Lobster Restaurant and Lobster Pound and eat lobsters at the Restaurant or buy precooked lobsters at the Pound or live ones and cook them at the House. You won't taste fresher or better lobsters anywhere. The lobsters you eat are caught in the waters surrounding the House on the same day by the lobster boats moored directly in front of the House. If you have your own boat, we have a deep water mooring you can use located in Garrison Cove in front of our property. House has many amenities including 60 inch TV and Surround Sound System and gas fireplace in living room, WIFI throughout house, and 32 inch TVs in all 5 Bedrooms, 3 of which have private decks. Central air conditioning, screen porch overlooking Sound, and decks on both side of house and huge raised sun deck on edge of Merriconeag Sound. The views around the House, especially Garrison Cove and the Cribstone Bridge, are some of the most photographed scenes on the Maine Coast and extend to Small Point to the East, High Head to the North, Harpswell Neck to the West and Cape Elizabeth to the Southwest. From the House screen porch and oceanfront decks, see seals swimming in the Sound, lobster men and women setting and pulling traps, and Casco Bay Lines ferry boats, kayaks, skiffs, sailboats, tuna, fishing and lobster boats cruising by just a stones throw from the shore of the property. Walk on the beach on the front of the House adjacent to Garrison Cove or the shoreline on the deepwater oceanfront side finding shells, crabs, mussels, snails, sea glass, driftwood and other ocean treasures.
