Glitch in booking, caused me to book an extra home. I did not stay here, but rather at the Agate Bridge home I preferred. Vrbo glitch caused that booking to show only through Vacasa, not Expedia nor Vrbo. I would like compensation for the extra booking I only discovered 2 days prior to arrival. I contacted Vrbo twice prior to the trip, asking for an escalation and reimbursement, but no response! I should not have to pay twice for the Vrbo glitch. The court of public opinion is unlikely to be sympathetic to a lack of reimbursement.
