“Could not get in contact with anyone when we arrived for a while so we couldn’t access the unit. Also when we did access the unit we found the doors were actually unlocked. And I mean all of the doors were locked but not closed. The unit was not cleaned properly the stove was dirty the floor was sticky. There were no trash bags or toiletries provided. “This property was filthy. The home was new but the property had not been thoroughly cleaned. Bugs and webs at the entrance door and in the corners inside of the home. Refrigerator had not been cleaned No towels and the ones she brought had black oil on them. Mold on shower curtain in front bathroom. Bathroom mat were filthy. Toothpaste splatter on the mirrors, used bar of soap left in closet. No flat sheets on either bed. Linen had to be changed due to greasy spots. Commode had brown water until……
