“First, many thanks to the owner. The place really for the bill. Now for the details. The property was clean, and stocked with some bare necessities (coffee - pods and grounds). The description and images matched what we saw and expected. WiFi works great. The only concern is the steep driveway to the house. The owner thankfully sent advice to turn the cars around at the top. Backing down would have been a little crazy.Thank you so much for the opportunity to stay. I would recommend this……

“We had such a great time during our stay at this property! Our group consisted of three families coming together with kids of multiple ages. Everyone slept comfortably and there were plenty of beds for all! The kids enjoyed running around the grounds. They loved looking at the horses in the morning, playing on the zip line and taking dips in the hot tub in the evenings! This place is perfectly located within the town of Kernville. Thank you again for all of the fun!”
