“We came to Matlock with the kids and grandkids from Canada, to show them their roots! The house was just perfect. A perfect spot for family and friends to visit, and we were within walking distance of shops, pubs, and a park. Daniel was very quick to answer any questions we had. We had an amazing time, and it was hard to leave!”

A perfect kitchen and dining area for us all to eat and gather.Great to have lots of parking as well.Would make it just perfect to have a tumble dryer or some more clothes horses at least as was a struggle to dry clothes. Otherwise perfect ”

“Lovely apartment. The stairs provide useful training for any walks you might be planning (lol). The kitchen was well equipped and a generally sure location. Anyone over 6 foot tall may have to duck to get under the shower properly but that wasn't a problem for us.”
