Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 70 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. The entrance leads over a 10 sqm terrace directly in the living room. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the terrace. Kitchen with gas stove (3 burners), oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
Top floor: Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, window and washing machine. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed. You have access with garden furniture, 1 table and 2 chairs. You have access with garden furniture, 1 table and 6 chairs.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine.

Balatonmáriafürdő. The holiday home is located on a enclosed garden plot with meadow and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector and a smoke detector.


Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-June to the end of August).
