"Clean room, nice amenities, good location "

"Our particular room was so noisy, the doors slammed, the walls are paper thin. We had a view of a parking lot and had to pay $60 to park. All this for $400. Not worth the money at all. We’ve stayed here before and it was wonderful because we had one of the nicer more expensive rooms. Just know if you get the standard room, you’ll be "

"Overall it was as pretty good. I only needed a one bedroom and not many options on the island. It was a little dated and somethings not great but manageable for a few days. Overall I was satisfied for a few days in the island."

"I loved my stay here. It was really cute and clean. I also appreciated all the storage. The owners really made sure everything was covered for your stay, like shower essentials, dishes, etc. They also made communication super easy and provided very clear instructions. My only complaint was the noise, which was not anything the owners could control. There were planes flying low at all hours and it was super loud. There is construction going on a nearby house, so there's lots of banging. I would absolutely stay here again and can't wait to do so!"

Older property, not lux but very charming. Great location. Have had stays from 3 days to 12 days...very close to other great beaches (Corona del Mar, Newport). Kitchen has full fridge, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, electric kettle. No stove. Beautiful neighborhood for walking. All you need for single or couple."
