Panoramic Ocean Views - Steps from Beach and BHI Club - Brand New Golf Carts

Leave your daily cares behind when you vacation at Villa 45 directly across from South Beach on Bald Head Island.

With its open floor plan, BHI Villa 45 showcases panoramic ocean views from the family/dining room/master areas. The living area is comfortably outfitted with comfortable furniture, a fresh color palette and a large Smart TV.

The gourmet kitchen has recently been updated with granite counter tops and features quality appliances. Stocked with everything you need, you will be able to make large family meals in this space.

The master bedroom has an amazing ocean view and features a king bed with custom headboard, built-in shelves, and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom features a queen size bed along with a connecting bathroom with shower. The loft bedroom offers queen, plus a twin bed and boasts expansive views from the adjacent balcony. A half bath is attached.

All bedrooms have Smart TVs.

Our villa is well-situated in the complex with a large lawn both in front of the villa and to the side of the place providing lots of space to play and enjoy a gathering around the outdoor grill. If the sun gets too bright, unwind under the deck on the Adirondack chairs or on the hammock.

Two golf carts come with the rental - a 4-seater and a brand new 6-seater (purchased 2025).

Linens, towels (one set/person) and beach towels are provided.

A high chair and pack n' play are also provided.

Membership to the Bald Head Island Club is available via separate purchase with your rental. Price varies during the season.

A $300 non-refundable pet fee is required if a dog is included.

We had the opportunity to stay in Villa 45 for a couple of days this summer and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Beautiful South Beach is a 5 minute walk and is wide and calm. We loved being right next to the BHI club and really enjoyed strolling over for a delicious dinner one evening. The Villa was really cute, clean and fresh, comfortable and well stocked. We had some great morning bike rides with the the cruisers included with the Villa. The sunset from the deck cannot be beat. What a fantastic spot on this gorgeous island!

Stunning Sunsets!

The view of the beach and sunset from the porch was breathtaking! We cooked most meals so the kitchen was tight for our group but the comfortable beds and convenient location worked well for us

If you have a family and will be spending a lot of time at the pool and golf course, this is where you need to stay! Great mornings and evenings on the porch watching the ocean.

Great Views

We enjoyed staying at Villa 45. The views are outstanding and the beach access is a quick walk. The kitchen although small had the best cooking pans and the SHARPEST knife set we have ever experienced at a rental house. We love to cook so having plenty of pans and knives that cut were a treat. We had dogs with us and the out door setup for hosing off the pups was great, tiled floors, and a gated deck made the property very dog friendly. Communication with the owner was easy and instant:). We had a fantastic time during our beach stay.

We had an amazing visit! The location of this villa is perfect! Sunrises to the left and sunsets towards the right! Close to beach access and 2 golf carts! We loved it here and will most definitely be back! Thanks Villa 45!

Wonderful Location

My husband and I and our two dogs really enjoyed staying in the townhouse. The beach was right there, the townhouse had everything we needed, and the property managers were incredibly helpful! Loved it!!!

Bald Head Island

This was our first time visiting Bald Head Island. It was relaxing with a perfect view of the ocean. Just a short walk to watch the sunset. We traveled to all the sites on a golf cart and enjoyed the scenic and relaxing ride around the Island visiting the shops and restaurants.

Clean villa stocked with all you need. Convenient check in. Enjoyed watching the wildlife in the pond from the deck and lower patio. Ocean front view was beautiful. Management was responsive when we had a few issues.

Ocean breeze

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. The house was cozy and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped, good pots and stove. The view is amazing and we loved the location. We could walk to the BHI Club and walk across the street to the ocean for sunrise walks on the beach. A real getaway.

View is amazing

Check in was a breeze. Just show up and start your vacation. The house is nice, a tad tired, but overall i would do it again. Main issues that were not resolved: only 1 TV worked out of 4. The air conditioner cannot keep up. It needs replaced. We did notice if bedroom doors were shut the house got hotter. If you are diligent with covering windows during the heat of the day and leaving interior doors open, it stays cool. Location is great, close to everything. Overall we really enjoyed this house and, of course, BHI.

Getaway

Perfect location. Nice highchair and pack n play provided however the house itself is not very toddler friendly. Consider bringing a couple baby gates for the stairs and master bedroom doorway. Also, double check the grill works if you plan on using one. Again, great location and view. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location and helpful hosts

Our family enjoyed our stay at this rental property. The location was central to everything, the two golfcarts definitely helped with getting around. Nice view of the ocean from the deck, and the management was super helpful and quick to respond to any issues. I would like to note our only issues were overall cleanliness of this property. I would suggest to management they change their cleaning company, because they crew does not do a great job. Overall for the price and location it’s a good option.

Great location, Disappointing villa

Location is great, views of ocean are beautiful. House is messy, rusting and multiple things are in disrepair. Show door doesn't close, vacuum broken, curtains falling off rusted rods, 1 out of 5 bikes actually works, drawers don't close, and A/C can't keep up on a hot day in summer. Unfortunately will not be staying there again.

We just returned from a wonderful week on BHI and Villa 45 did not disappoint! We love the location and beautiful views from both decks. Most importantly, we were able to bring our dog with us who loves BHI as much as we do. We can't wait to return soon.

We had a lovely stay at Bald Head Island. The place is “beachy” but that was perfect for our low key bunch. Everything was clean and the kitchen was fine for small meal prep. They had 2 very nice golf carts, and the 6 seater is brand new! Steps to the BHI club, which we enjoyed several times. The property management team was extremely helpful and responsive.
